  My husband and I were excited to visit this dealership to see a few 5th wheels we’ve been seriously considering. After spending hours researching online and narrowing down the exact makes and models we wanted, our search led us to Camping World, and we planned a specific trip to this location because they carry those units. We checked in at the front desk and were told to wait for a salesperson. No problem. After looking through a couple of smaller floor models, we sat down near the sales area to wait… and waited for over 45 minutes. This would have been understandable on a busy day, and we would have gladly made an appointment to return. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. We could clearly see 5–6 salespeople sitting around chatting and even playing with fidget toys. Not one person acknowledged us, despite several employees walking right past. After 45 minutes with no greeting, no update, and no attempt to assist us, our trip ended up feeling like a complete waste of time. We’re on the younger side, so perhaps we weren’t taken seriously—but that’s a shame. We are educated buyers who know exactly what we want and were prepared to make a $150k purchase during their off-season. Disappointing, to say the least. They may be one of the only dealerships in the area that carries Cedar Creek and Paradigm, but customer service matters. Unfortunately, because of this experience, they’ve lost our business.

  This place doesn't take phone calls or return them - all calls are screened through the front desk and they want your name and reason for calling before they "transfer" you to sales/service etc. They will usually tell you the department "too busy" and to leave your name/number for a callback. Service dept is inept and sales are what one would expect from the stereotypical "snake oil salesman". Avoid this disaster

  They REALLY need to go thru their campers better prior to delivery. GM delivered my 5th wheel for me, and recently Sean-Service manager- gave me two new full 30 lb propane tanks- as when I went to fill them elsewhere the tanks had expired in 2012. I just bought this $50k 5th wheel in July…. Again- hide a few but CLEAN & check the rv’s better. Had some broken screens and service asked “what do you want me to do?”. Again, Sean the service manager is rectifying it but we shouldn’t have to get to management prior to being satisfied. Thank you Sean.

  Dian Howard was our Sales Associate at Camper World, and he certainly knows his stuff! From start to finish he answered every question we had with knowledge and the patience of a saint as this is our first Camper purchase! The new associate, Jack, was also very friendly and helpful with questions we had! The two of them made this first experience quick and easy. We highly recommend Dian and Jack!

  m writing this review to warn anyone considering Camping World in Chichester, New Hampshire. After purchasing my RV there, they told me it was safe to drive off the lot despite a wiring issue that they either missed or neglected. Because of this, my RV’s brakes locked up and actually caught fire on the highway. I had to deal with weeks of back-and-forth with their service department and ended up paying out of pocket just to fix the damage caused by their negligence. Months later, I discovered that when they put the wheels back together, they failed to reinstall the hubs properly, leaving me with exposed wheel bearings that now need replacing. Throughout all of this, Parker, the manager, has been unresponsive, and even the front desk staff have admitted this happens all the time. Please think twice before trusting them with your RV. This experience has been not only costly but dangerous, and I hope my story helps others avoid a similar situation.
