He was very patient when listening to what I am wanting but also giving me some suggestions on better options that he knew were in my budget plan. He did great at communicating with me and giving me updates while my bike was in his care without me asking. He did this work in a timely matter and got my bike back to me quick. When I picked up the Harley it was washed and fueled, something he did not have to do but was greatly appreciated
