I was stuck waiting inside a sketchy gas station on one of the coldest days all winter after my engine overheated on I-80, and a different towing company kept pushing my wait time back each time I called. After waiting over an hour, I called Quality Towing to see if their wait time was any shorter. I told them my situation, and the man on the phone (didn’t get his name) was very kind, understanding, and professional. He even called one of the drivers to confirm that he was available and how soon he could get to me. The driver, Gage, arrived within 10 minutes, which was even sooner than expected! Gage was super nice and even gave me a ride home before taking my car to the shop so that I didn’t have to order an Uber. I really appreciate that he got me home safely and knew I could fully trust him with my vehicle as well. Overall, Gage and Quality Towing gave a stressful & unpleasant situation the best possible outcome. The service also cost less than other companies’ quotes that I was given! I obviously hope that I won’t need my car towed again in the future, but if I do, Quality Towing will definitely be the first place I call!

Son was stopped on interstate off of 84th street, ( yes blocking traffic😬) called about 6 other tow trucks and either don’t have a driver or they were unavailable. Quality Towing was fast and Gentle man was polite. If I need a tow again I will definitely use Quality towing.
