  I do not like writing bad reviews. However, this cannot be helped. My car stopped working in September. I got it towed to this facility to get it looked at and diagnosed to find out what was wrong with it. I paid for a diagnosis and afterwards the person behind the desk told me after looking at it. They said the engine was locked up and I needed to replace the engine or get rid of the car. Which in either case was really expensive. Thousands of dollars worth. They then said they don't have the time to replace an engine and asked me to get the car towed out of their facility. The tow service to the facility and the tow service out of the facility was not cheap. Every person I know gave me the advice to get a second opinion. However, I didn't want to because the tow service was not cheap and I was paying for it out of pocket. I got a second job and waited saving up my income to get it taken to a different facility with the belief I had to replace the engine. The second mechanic said no that diagnosis was wrong. The engine is fine. The only issue was the air compressor seized and locked up which was what caused the issue for my car failure to start. I've been going through so much difficulty for the past 2 months using Lyft, Uber, and public transportation. All because this facility and their staff misdiagnosed my vehicle saying I either needed to replace the engine or get rid of the car. Today I just drove my car from a different mechanic after they fixed it by replacing an air compressor. It was less than one thousand dollars to fix. I recommend anyone and everyone to shop around and make sure they are receiving the best diagnostic service when being provided by their mechanic service on their vehicle. I will at least point out the owner reached out to apologize for the mistake made here and tried to make amends, and is working to do better going forward for others.

  I was not able to drop my car off for repairs but this shop went above and beyond to help me navigate possible issues going on. I would use their services again. Sincerely mom of 3! ❤️

  Chris is an amazing and caring individual. We have brought our cars to him ever since he bought the shop. He has always been honest and reliable. His turnaround time is incredible too. He has never held onto one of our cars for longer than it takes to get it done. He is a great communicator and always calls us to authorize the repair after he diagnoses the issue. His pricing is fair, and one time he has given us the car back at no charge for fixing a minor issue. We will continue to bring our 4 family cars to Chris for years to come. We are very happy customers!
