Vacuums are not working properly. More than one year, I am using service from here. Others service acceptable, but vacuums are very worst. No maintenance,

I switched to Club Car Wash due to a recent move and opted for a monthly membership after years of using a competitor (Russell Speeders), where I never experienced paint issues. After approximately one month of near-daily washing at the 72nd and Sorensen location, my car's paint developed severe, irreversible etching and hard water damage to the clear coat. This damage is not typical water spotting; it requires professional repair. Professional Diagnosis: I consulted multiple professional car detailers who confirmed the damage is etching caused by poor water quality/drying and is permanent without correction. Repair Cost: I have been quoted an estimated repair cost of $500 to $800 to restore my paint to its original condition. Corporate Dismissal and Failure of RO System When I first noticed the etching, I immediately brought it to the attention of an employee at the 72nd and Sorensen location. I was told the damage "is not from our water at all" because they use a reverse osmosis (RO) filtration system. I was simply advised to use vinegar, which did not work because the damage is etching into the clear coat, not just surface spotting. The fact that my vehicle sustained this level of damage so quickly proves one of two things: Their "top-of-the-line" reverse osmosis system is failing or improperly maintained, allowing high levels of dissolved solids to remain in the water. The drying process is inadequate, allowing the mineral-rich water to bake onto the finish. As a consumer paying for a premium service, I trusted that Club Car Wash would do its job correctly. Instead, I now face hundreds of dollars in repair bills. My previous wash did not cause this issue, proving the problem is specific to the service provided here. I strongly advise other members to inspect their paint closely for etching before it becomes a costly, permanent problem. I urge Club Car Wash corporate to immediately investigate the water quality and RO systems at their locations, as this is causing expensive damage to customer vehicles.
