They do not want regular pay customers... Attendant badgered me with questions and arguments trying to get me to buy membership. When I ask her to stop, she just got worse. They hold you hostage in line trying to buy membership. She took my money for the wash, but would not ring it up.... just kept at it.
How many times does a customer have to say NO? I was at 4-5.
Car was also not clean and had black spots on it.
