- KSK SSep 12, 20222.0Not really customer friendly. Two seats for waiting on repairs. When waiting for hours, no place to sit for a delivered lunch and never saw any vending machines. They had a water dispenser but no cups. The foul language by employees was enough to make a sailor blush. Nobody is very friendly. First impressions matter, but Adam had us feeling a little better about our experience. He has kept us updated on repairs that are taking longer than expected. Let us use a company vehicle to go to motel and even seemed to care that the foul language with customers around is not professional. I'd say Adam makes the unfriendliness of the other employees a little more tolerable.
