When I left it, I was told it would be about four weeks before they could even get to the repair. It’s now been six weeks and I still have zero updates. I’ve tried calling multiple times for a status, and haven’t received a single call back. The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. This has been a very poor experience after purchasing a camper through Camping World, and I wouldn’t recommend relying on their service department based on what I’ve gone through. I truly hope they improve their process and communication, because right now it’s unacceptable

I was told I could cancel anytime. When I had some time to think about it, I decided to cancel some. That was May, it's now October and I still haven't seen the refund applied to my loan. I am paying interest on that money. When I call I get transferred around and excuses. I am to the point I am cancelling all of that extraeous crap. I might see a refund by the time the loan is paid off. I will never do business with these folks again. They are either incompetent or on the take, dragging their feet hoping I'll forget.
