At one point an employee tried fixing a printer by patting it gently and saying, ‘Come on buddy, you can do it,’ like it was a rescue dog learning to trust again. By the end, I wasn’t sure if I was buying a camper or participating in an immersive theater performance titled ‘Chaos: The Experience.’ I half expected someone to pop out and tell me I’d passed a psychological experiment about patience. If you enjoy stress, mystery paperwork, and the thrill of wondering whether an office gremlin is going to lose your documents, then congratulations — you’ve found paradise.

When I left it, I was told it would be about four weeks before they could even get to the repair. It’s now been six weeks and I still have zero updates. I’ve tried calling multiple times for a status, and haven’t received a single call back. The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. This has been a very poor experience after purchasing a camper through Camping World, and I wouldn’t recommend relying on their service department based on what I’ve gone through. I truly hope they improve their process and communication, because right now it’s unacceptable
