    STAY AWAY! I took my new car through the Rocket Wash in Elkhorn, NE, and they pack cars way too close. Halfway through the wash, an SUV pushed the car behind me into my bumper — then he left the scene. Rocket denied my claim and did absolutely nothing to make it right. They. Did. Nothing. NOTHING!!!! Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

    Upon arrival, no wait to get into the wash - James was the sales guy, very persistant and friendly - this is why it got 3 stars - the rest: Tight turn to get into the wash, LB truck would not fit, had to make 3 point to get it. Wash guy @ entry says nothing, just waves you directions then points at the wall with directions. Wash was subpar - many sections of the truck were still dirty after wash (back window, front bumper, tailgate, back bumper) - did not use vaccums so can not speak to that - as stalls where not long enought to fit LB truck without sticking out in the drive lane. For the price for a drive thru wash, i have had better in many places at or below this pricing.
