This has happened to many times. Canceled my subscription. Also the towels are always wet and I went through a couple times and the under body wash wasn’t working or no soap had come out and some of rinsing water was not working. Terrible service when talking to the staff.

I wanted to thank Chris and his team for their very conscientious care of my vehicle and ME!! I truly appreciate the courtesy of ALL the employees in addition to their hard work!! I'm very happy to have this membership since I moved here from Midland, MI 6 months ago. It started with the great Tuesday promotion on the membership and I've continued because it's well worth the price and very close to my home and Walmart my regular shopping spot.
