I went in in person to schedule a installation time and they told me they will call me on Monday that they have them in the warehouse, I call on Monday and they tell me that I need to pay for the tires still, I spoke to a woman in their financial department and she told me that the Harrys website was defaulted and that the quantity of four tires were bought but that it was a mistake, so I asked for a refund, I assumed it would be easy and not a struggle to get my money back , I called my bank and they said that no refund transaction has been initiated by Harry’s, this was on Friday today is Tuesday,besides the fake website and having to deal with bad counter service this place is still a zero

He not only made it comfortable to discuss another issue with the same rim, but he was fair and sensible when it came down to the cost of the repair. Troy also assisted me in looking up two (2) different sets of brand new tires for my pickup, and I will be returning to Harry’s in the fall to purchase them & have them mounted here. My family will be loyal to Harry’s Tire Service for the life of our vehicles due to the outstanding experiences we have received from working with their crew, specifically Troy!
