The very sweet woman on phone of JE said to bring it on over. John met us at the door and told us what he could do to get our car back on road. He did repair of tightening remaining wheel cover. His genuine concern for us and generosity of "no charge and have a good one" was so heartwarming. He refused to take any money. We can't thank you enough. Peace and gratitude to you all at JE!!!
