For some reason Trucks they couldn’t figure out how to put number one diesel in their tanks took priority. Three months I kept asking to get in for a transmission issues and for three months I kept getting denied. Now my truck is being partied out because they wouldn’t warranty it unless Their work. I had multiple shops willing to do the work That they couldn’t find time to do. Yeah I should’ve just gone ahead and done it myself. Hard lesson to learn not to rely on this Shop. Edit: anytime, I did call To see about getting in they would schedule an appointment a week and a half two weeks out and I tell them I’ll see but I gotta keep running if we’re running. And I was running and usually out of state.
