My dent repair didn’t get done and my car was in the shop from 10am Monday- 8am Friday and I continually called to ask what’s going on with my car!! It’s 8am Friday morning and had to call gunner again to ask about my car and it’s still not ready and had to call back again!!! If your a person of color get service somewhere else!!! How does a dent repair affect not fixing the bumper of a vehicle from day one??? They didn’t start working on my car till day two!!! Very frustrating process as I had a rental car and needed my car repaired in good timing!!! Don’t reply as you would give me excuses for NOT working on my car and I had to pay cash for your worthless service!!! They charged $80 a for labor !!!Then additional for miscellaneous! Just to reattach the bumper on VW Taos for $1600 way over priced!!! Especially when paying out cash for service!!! Shop around and be sure to get an idea of what you’re paying for! Duane’s body shop is expensive and NOT impressed!!!
