Being from out of town, they were able to get it disengaged so I could get moving and home. Overall, they offered to completely fix it but the time frame wasn’t feasible for being out do town.

Told me it barely missed severing the steel belt. They could have told me I needed all new tires but they didn't and I appreciate that. They're great to work with on all my contractor service vehicles
