  Brad my sales representative was wonderful. I will absolutely buy from him again. Unfortunately the sales manager was very disappointing. He was Rude with lack professionalism. Absolutely no customer service skills. So high fives to Brad and Josh for making my first local purchase pleasant and easy. But Management needs some improvement.

  I purchased a used 2024 Mustang from here. Unfortunately I live out of state so I was trusting/expecting the salesman to be honest about the car. The car has been repainted on the driver side door and looks like it was painted outside on a dirt road. (Hope it wasnt your body shop, the should be cut loose if so) It took 3 weeks (due to holidays, which is fine) to receive the car after texting literally every day. When it came in the tires are completely bald. I could not be more disappointed that honesty is a thing of the past, especially after knowing that I live out of state. I don't care 1 bit that the tires are bald, but it would have been nice to know that I needed to spend another $1K on tires! Thanks for being up front and honest! Then you have the balls to slap a metal sticker and plate frame on the car to advertise!? You should be ashamed!

  My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and how we were treated. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We felt he went above and beyond to make our car buying experience a breeze. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  I bought a 2024 Jeep wagoneer 2 weeks ago with only 7900 miles on it and it had been in my local Jeep dealership service department more than I’ve been able to drive it. The moment I pulled into my driveway the day I purchased it the check engine light came on. I called Randy Marion Ford and asked to speak to my salesperson..he got on the phone and I told him what had happened..no apology…what I got was “let me know how it turns out!” WHAT! I have not heard from that salesperson since! All he wanted was to make a sale, definitely not interested in customer service. Will never recommend him or Randy Marion Ford to anyone, in fact if you are looking for a vehicle do not go there!!!!

  I took my F150 in for a door latch freezing recall. The recall -calls for 5 hours, my Truck was at the dealership a total of Three days. They called me on the Third day to let me know they had finished the recall- picked the truck up on Tuesday evening, The VERY next morning on Wednesday Started to work MY Truck door latch WAS FROZEN open LESS THAN 18hrs after I picked it up!!!! I’m very disappointed!!!!
