  I drove into the service department without an appointment to get my tire checked because it was low on air. The technician discovered I had a large bolt in my tire and because I had run flat tires and the location of the bolt we determined it was best not to remove the bolt. After speaking with Janet in the service department and my BMW technician we agreed ordering new tires was the best solution. Janet ordered my tires and continued to update me over several days as I waited for my tires to come in. Janet even called another business and told me I could get the tires somewhere else a day earlier. I told her I would wait because she and the technician were so helpful in trying to resolve my problem. I never have received such service, not even from my own dealer, as I did at Randy Marion. Janet was awsome and because of her service I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Ashe County area. Thank you for the great service!

  Easy set up appointment online for service, arrived and Larry checked me in, went over everything with me, took good care of me, they were running a little behind getting my vehicle back to me but he took care of the situation. Comfortable waiting area, will be back. Thanks Larry

  Quick service, friendly staff. Went for what I thought was the tire sensors, turned out they were just a little low, they put air in them and I was good to go.

  Great small town dealership with friendly staff that are extremely helpful. I found the head and the vehicle was ready for a test drive when I got there, extremely fast process as I was in and out in two hours!

  I recommend everyone to stay clear of this dealership. My son and I had a horrible experience with the dealership and specifically salesperson Brian Absher. We had been inquiring about a car for a couple weeks, and leading up to it Brian told me he would go out of his way to help us. Finally, I called on a Friday night to see if they still had the car. He said they did, and I told him we'd be up Saturday morning to drive it. We drove 1:15 from Morganton, arrived at the dealership, only for Brian to tell us it had been sold the night before. So back home we went. Brian took one of mine and my son's most valuable possessions, our time. He seemed to have no concerns. We will not be back to this dealership, and caution you about BRIAN ABSHER. He is not a respectful person. We have had nothing but good experiences at Randy Marion Subaru in Mooresville. I suggest if you see a car listed in West Jefferson, you have it shipped to Mooresville, and deal with the staff there. We're very disappointed.
