She was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and made sure everything done to my car was top notch !!! I would recommend that everyone in the area get your vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube. I cannot stress enough how great Deana’s customer service was and to her corporate leaders, “She deserves a raise !”.

I said what does that have to do with an inspection? Then they said “we can’t pass your inspection until you get new wiper blades”. Wow - how convenient. I know FOR A FACT there was nothing wrong with those wipers. It was purely a financial gain for Jiffy Lube. So I said I would just go and get inspected elsewhere. Then they informed me I owed $23 for what they’d already done. TOTAL CROOKS. I will never again use Jiffy Lube for anything, ever.
- LLleezersaliOct 20, 20251.0What a terrible experience I just had a Jiffy Lube in Wake Forest. I paid my 278.00 bill which included a cabin filter and some other stuff. I drive away to notice that my glove compartment is laying broken on the floor of my car. No filter had even been installed I drive back to the shop to be met by the crazy woman working there who confirmed that the filter was never put in my car. She was not concerned that the glove box was laying on the floor. She grabbed my receipt out of my hand and proceeded to threaten me with the police for asking that my car be fixed and filter be installed. Terrible worker, not a good look for Jiffy Lube. I’ll never go there again!
