I came in for an oil change, and while the service seemed fine at first, an issue came up when I went to another shop for my next oil change. They found a magnetic bolt holder or something (which I was told was left by whoever did my last oil change) under my car by your team, which had completely melted onto the exhaust pipe. This is a serious safety concern. If that magnet had come off while I was driving, it could have posed a real risk, potentially injuring someone of it were to fly off my car. It's concerning that something like this was overlooked, and not only that it did damage to my vehicle and I’m disappointed because there aren’t many nearby options for oil changes. Please take extra care in the future to ensure nothing is left behind on customers' vehicles. I hope it’s something you address moving forward.
