    The technician that worked on this vehicle was excellent with his service and items to pay attention to. He had a lot to contend with given that there were 2 mice nests. One in the motor and one in the cabin filter. Dirty job but he did a great job getting me back on the road with a vehicle that sat for over a year and a half!! Full service was provided!!

    All I needed was a state inspection after leaving my oil change at another service place that didn’t do them. I was in and out, and the manager and staff were super friendly. Next time I will go there for my oil changes!

    WOW!! What can I say.... Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I didn't even have to get out of my car!! Great crew and was finished in no time at all. I went in for an oil change, and they checked all my lights, checked and filled, if necessary, my water, windshield wiper fluid, transmission fluid and of course, showed me my oil dip stick when done!! Highly recommend Strickland Brothers in Sylva, NC!!

    The staff is super friendly and informative. I also like the communications between the people doing the work to ensure the tasks are checked and double checked. The speed in which the work is done is very efficient and makes me feel my time is important to them as well. Thank y'all for your service.
