    I love this place, came in for a oil change and they filled all of my guild and showed me all my filters in a professional and timely manner. I had questions about my service intervals and they answered them with a smile! If there's a line it's worth the wait. They even gave me a cold bottle of water for free!

    I had a wonderful experience at Strickland Brothers. I worked with Sara who took great care of me. She explained everything and was incredibly friendly and personable. Prices were reasonable and service was quick once it was my turn! I will be back.

    It was so much better this time, 15 minutes vs over an hour………the difference? He had 2 females in their working vs a couple of slow guys! 🤣🤷‍♀️ I don’t know, but it sure did make a HUGE difference! 👍👍

    Very friendly upbeat knowledgeable personable staff. Staff communication is ASTOUNDING!!! They gave me service/product options, offered discounts where applicable. The employees are a well oiled machine getting the job done in minutes! They communicated everything. I was shown my trucks dipstick oil level and condition of the oil, told which oils my truck was comparable with m. I was told the pricing of each oil option. They went with my choice, checked all other fluids and showed me my air filter. I DEFINATELY will be a regular customer of the Statesville location!!! I highly recommend them!

    Staff was amazing, unfortunately phone system lied and told me they did motorcycle inspections at this location but they do not. Staff acknowledged phone system was wrong and tried to help find a replacement option in Statesville, which was nice, but the system\info needs to be updated to avoid wasting people's time. Otherwise in my experience they are overpriced for oil changes compared to others in the area.
