Whole family owns "Blue Ovals" & we all bring our vehicles to RM🇺🇸. From Service staff to the Mechanics, Sales to Porters. The RM🇺🇸staff strive to step up. I gave four stars, due to Ai phone prompts taking 10min +, and then not getting me to the correct RM🇺🇸 Service staff members. We appreciate the RM Staff members, constantly taking care of our vehicles.

We had two services performed, first was an oil change and regular service, after leaving the dealer there was a loud flapping under the vehicle when I accelerated on the interstate, I was able to get off on the next exit and work my way back yo the dealership via backroads, the skid plate was loose and they had to replace 3 bolts on it, not sure if they were all left loose or the three were just left out. I scheduled work on the heating system the next day due to no airflow out of the vents on our feet, they found the issue and called with an estimate, we approved the estimate and the work was performed, once complete the total of the repair was 50-75 dollars higher than the estimate. I would expect to at least have a quote on the high end and come in low instead of estimating low, we are lucky to not have a tight budget and been unable to pay more than the estimate.

Initial Experience Was Great, Follow-Up Service Disappointing The Randy Marion team provided a smooth sales experience initially. My wife and I met with our sales representative and test drove our "new-to-us" Audi Q5. Since our test drive took place late in the evening during rain and darkness, we didn't notice two small chips on the windshield until after purchase. We promptly contacted our salesperson, who assured us the sales manager had been looped in and would get back to us. Unfortunately, it's now been two weeks since our purchase, and we still haven't heard from either the salesperson or the sales manager. It seems like a classic case of commission-based sales. Once the deal is closed, the attention disappears. Perhaps if we'd purchased the $6,000 extended warranty financed over 5-6 years things might have been different. In hindsight, we may have dodged a bullet, as this experience raises concerns about what kind of service we would have received if we'd invested in that warranty.

We were at the time pleased with the customer service only to find that a week later the vehicle I was told was not available for purchase is still showing on your website. I was told they could drive over to pick it up but once returning from a different test drive I was then told it was not available. I had to settle for an older vehicle with 40k more miles on it. It’s upsetting to think I was misled in what only I can think of was out of inconvenience of driving to pick up a different vehicle. I didn’t make it to exit 50 before the car I just purchased started flashing warnings that the front sensor was messed up. I now have a car much older with many more miles and a mechanical issue. We were on our way out for vacation and had already pushed time way past what we had wanted to so I didn’t even have the option to go back to the dealership.

I was very pleased with the sales staff and my purchase. I would have given a five star rating except for the finance manager. He started out being very friendly but after I declined the extended warranty, and lending agents because I had secured my own at a better rate , he became perturbed and very rude. He told me he was sure he get a better interest rate than what I had so I told him to see if he could. He ended up researching the wrong company and then ended up yelling at my lending agent when I called her to get some needed information. It was a very disappointing experience in an otherwise nice facility.
