My husband and I visited Randy Marion of Statesville Saturday 1-3-26.. looking at a specific Explorer. Bill was such a great help! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, helped us with pricing the get the payment we knew we could afford and just over all helped us have a pleasant car buying experience! Alex the sales manager was great as well! Love the truck I purchased here , but the car buying experience was terrible! The sales lady was not so much of keeping her word. Was supposed to get calls back , never did , was promised free things , never happened and my god the finance manager was SO RUDE. at first he did not wanna help me at all or even work with me. His words were basically you either take the truck or have a good day , the price is the price. If I didn't want this truck so bad I wouldn't have brought my business somewhere else

I went to buy a vehicle at Randy Marion listed at $34k and was told that vehicle was actually $70k and the pricing was wrong on the website it was listed in so I went to their website and found one for $35k and was told that one was also listed wrong as well and was $65k.... so where does one get ACTUAL pricing for their cars? FTC needs to investigate bait and switch dealerships in Charlotte because this is tiring.
