I was really surprised that they had my oil filter, wow. But no oil that would work. So they went way beyond in. great service to call around to several automotive parts dealers to locate 6 quarters of the oil I needed. While I waited they drove there to pick it up. Despite the challenges they did a great job and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great Job Team Strickland!
- MGMonte GrimesOct 25, 20251.0On 10/25/2025 I went there for an oil change and I wouldn't recommend you going cause they will break stuff and not offer to fix it..I pulled up and the guy acted like he wasn't too happy with me being there..pulled in bay, popped hood and they started checking everything as I was handed the guys tablet to fill out my info..as I was sitting in my truck, 2024 Tacoma, I heard a sound like an air ratchet..all of a sudden the tech comes up with a broke bolt in his socket and tells me he had some bad news that the bolt broke off..at which point I was not happy..there was no sorry or we gonna fix it and make it right..I have loosened a lot of bolts in my life and I know it shouldn't of taken an air ratchet to take the bolt off..I then told them not to do any more work and to shut my hood cause I was leaving..I advise u not to go there..now I have to take my truck to the Toyota dealership, where i should've gone first, to get it fixed.
