    Went for a state inspection with good windshield wipers and was told they would fail me unless I paid for new wipers from them. I asked him how much that would be, and he said $18. When it was time to pay, he scrolled down and didn’t really let me look at the itemized receipt. He ended up charging me $30 for the predatory windshield wipers. Tempted to dispute it. Read some reviews and see this is a very common thing they do here. Also charged me hidden “disposal” and service fees for the oil change. Would never go here again, and I’m telling everyone I know to go somewhere else.

    We were visiting family in the area when we needed an oil change. I don't know why, but the team mentioned multiple times how we were from out of state. Afterwards, my car was leaking oil. It has never leaked before. I ended up going to another shop. I was told that the gasket on the plug was missing, causing the leak. I will be warning my family members and friends who live in the area to not go there.

    For years we have been taking our cars to the location off brightleaf Blvd in Smithfield. This last time after a few days an oil leak began. So I took it back and instantly the guys says it's the rear main seal. I explain there has never been a leak until now. And I remembered he had issues getting the oil filter off the last time..so they check it and wouldn't you know it. That was the issue. Why do they have to blame the customer or try to find an excuse.. Fix the issue and accept the fact you made a mistake. Also there was oil all over the floor in the shop and it was very slippery

    They left black oil smears on both and front quarter panels near the hood as well as across front of hood where he opened hood. Very careless and unprofessional! Our first and last oil change with y'all!
