    Very professional service. Noticed from the last service at a diffent station that mistakes had been make. I was informed about the error and a remedy was recommended. Highly recommend this location in Siler City for service needs. Chris was very polite and professional.

    Chris and his crew at Strickland Brothers in Siler City always take good care of my BMW X3 when the oil needs to be changed. They check out the lights,tires, wipers and fluids to make sure everything is fine. And they answer my questions I have about my foreign car. Very kind people there.

    I’m a 100% disabled veteran & I just had open heart surgery. My wife took the vehicle to get a state inspection & while there it needed a basic oil change. She was totally ripped off by this crew adding in $40 of unnecessary oil additives to the vehicle. I have used Strickland in the past with no problem but felt they took total advantage of my wife. They threw a $15 discount on the bill which the veterans discount would have probably been more as much as they charged. You blew it this time Strickland!

    I think when I went there, they helped me with everything, mister chris, he was a nice gentleman, and he let me know everything that my car needed.And I appreciated him and I think that he needs to be there really as a manager, because without him, my car would have been messed up the last time.I went there.I did not get that kind of help but mister chris.He gave me depreciation of what my car needs love and care.Thank you, mister chris.I appreciate you and I will be back there again.And I hope you stay there because if you don't, my service won't be there anymore.

    I have been gone out of state since May. Every time I come here, the service men are good- but Today I worked with Chris. Chris is so mild mannered and soft spoken but rattled of every answer to my question with ease and politeness. As he walks and move around the store and shop- he moves with urgent and passion. I just made it in from Texas, and I was so pleased I will go get my other vehicle and bring it in for service too. I live in a different area now- but WHY not. ? I will bring it right here and ask for Chris. 🙏🏽
