Called to get a quote on installing shocks and struts along with a 4 wheel alignment. I was told a service manager would call me back with a price. I called back after a few hours and was told they are extremely busy and it would be several weeks before they had time to get to it.

Very kind people working here. I purchased my tires at another location out of state and came here because I needed one replaced while traveling. They didn’t have the exact size that I needed but they were super friendly and went out of their way to help me find somewhere that did. Great customer service!

The worst experience I've ever had with a shop ever. They broke more than fixed and in the end, left me high and dry. I've already spoke with higher ups at Regional, all he does is coach the Service Manager on how not to be liable for anything that happens while under their care. Complete and utter failure and lack of trust in this shop and it's "mechanics".

Jake was able to get me in on a last minute call, super accommodating. Staff was friendly. All I needed was tires put on and asked them to check the bearings and look at the brakes when they had it off the ground. They called me and told me that their tech said my bearings were awful and in need of replacement, as well as my brakes. He asked if I wanted to go ahead and schedule all that to be done and I said no, I can do that myself. The next day I took it apart, after feeling no play in the wheel hub, to find the bearings were greased nicely and in good shape. I expected dry ruined bearings, scored axels, and extreme wobbles and play in the tire after what the tech/office told me. Then I took the brakes apart... they are fine, not seized, just had surface rust, which would be expected on a 30 year old trailer. I was elated to find that I wouldn't have to spend all that money for parts, but I was very disappointed to realize I had been misled to believe I NEEDED these parts and who knows how much it was going to cost for the shop to "repair" it. They were going to charge me for services I did not need, and that's what the huge problem is with the car care industry.... most are just out to make money off of you. Monroe did provide great service, but I'll never return because I can't trust them to be honest with me about what I really need.
Frequently Asked Questions About Monroe Tire Discounters
How do I know if I need an alignment?
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
