- DPDennis PriceMar 3, 20265.0I believe his name was Garrett has been super helpful for me. I just replace 4 tires on my jeep that the dealership should have replaced. But when I had to purchase new tires like I don't remember but somewhere in neighborhood of 1500 bucks (I shopped the only place I found cheaper by 100 for 4 was walmart my tires size everywhere was special order. Walmart was gonna be 3 days TD next day. 4 tires with alignment and a complimentary oil change. Now my jeep check engine comes on. Its under warranty but Dealership wants to charge me for diagnostics which isn't covered and depending on diagnostics test the problem may not be so at minimum ill pay 500 at dealership maximum 2500. The dealership has been so shady it'll most likely be 2500 or more. The dealership at first said they fixed it but the only reset the light by disconnecting battery and reconnecting. TD has been honest with me even provide me with a carfax like report. Honesty is what I look for. These guys has always been upfront. I have extended warranty but my warranty says TD isn't on their approval list. Lol so I like them to. But in the meantime I paying out the bazooka for repairs but I feel like its been done right.

I called back after a few hours and was told they are extremely busy and it would be several weeks before they had time to get to it.

They didn’t have the exact size that I needed but they were super friendly and went out of their way to help me find somewhere that did. Great customer service!

I've already spoke with higher ups at Regional, all he does is coach the Service Manager on how not to be liable for anything that happens while under their care. Complete and utter failure and lack of trust in this shop and it's "mechanics".
