They stated that they could definitely do the state inspection, which was a relief to me, and they had to check to make sure they could do my oil change due to the make of my car which I understood. To my surprise they were about to do both and had me out of the door in under 30 minutes. That was so much stress off my shoulders and they really helped this single mom out a ton!!

I went bought oil filter and parts store gave me the wrong one, so I had to go back and exchange it. Everybody was very nice and really tried to help. That kind of patience and service goes a long way in my book. I’d definitely recommend SB to anyone for an oil change!

Today 12-16 I noticed an oil smell coming out of the air vents, thankfully I work at a car dealership and I took it directly to the service department, also noticed oil instantly leaking under my car. The service department confirmed that the oil filter gasket had been cut or that the filter had not been replaced and was causing the issues. I now have to pay to get this fixed at my work and I tried to call Strickland to discuss it with them and their automated system just kept annoyingly repeating "Hi thank you for calling Strickland Brothers, how can I assist you?" I said customer service, operator, live human and just got the repeated message. Now I am going to have to take my personal time to go down there to talk to them. No longer a happy customer and would not recommend anymore. Highly disappointed as I thought at first it was a good service, guess you get what you pay for an economy, $35 with a 50 percent off coupon is ending up costing me more to fix their error. Not good, not good at all!
