    There were 2 cars in 2 of the bays getting an oil change at the same time, I waited for over an hour to pull my car in the 3rd bay, and another hour or more to do the actual oil change, there was one lady doing the majority of the work while everyone else stood around talking, over 2 hours to do an oil change even with 2 people infront of me is crazy, I was told they had no code scanner to check my codes, I had one at home but they're 20$ at advanced auto, when they got done putting the oil in the lady shouted "oil pressure up" and she never even looked at it, in the moment she said it the oil pressure hadn't even registered yet, but I got a small bottle of water and an air freshener..... the lady working by herself, the water, and the smell good is why I put an extra star, otherwise zero..

    Says that they performed a bunch of different inspections on things like my windshield wipers and my tire air pressures but they didn’t do any of those things, then had the nerve to lie to me about not having a diagnostic plug to check why my check engine light was on when I know that’s a lie because during my last oil change at this same location a different technician checked it for me with no problem. Last time doing business with Strickland Brothers. 12/24/2025 Sanford NC
