- DDDavidNov 12, 20251.0Well I went to get my 06 Ford Taurus inspected knowing I had prepared and had it maintained to pass inspection beforehand. Before I had fully came to a stop by the garage bay a man (didn't catch the name) literally came up and said looks like your having trouble with power steering all before I had it in park. Now I know my car and how the steering should be and all was good. He popped the hood but I had to tell him I have to put the car in park first. He looked at the tubing connected properly and claimed there was a leak and would not pass. Mind you I was the only car at the shop the employees were just standing around. So I took the car elsewhere and within 10 minutes my car was passed with no issues. If y'all want to keep customers y'all need to do your jobs and actually know what you're doing and stop lying and being lazy. Within a matter of 2 minutes y'all lost two customers for good.

We can’t pass your inspection.” They told us to go to Andy’s Auto Shop to get it fixed. We went straight there, and Andy’s checked it out — nothing was wrong at all. They completed our inspection with no issues besides the wipers needing replacement. 🤦🏻♀️ Honestly, it felt like they just didn’t want to work. As soon as we pulled in, they were ready to send us somewhere else. Definitely won’t be going back.
