  Overall it was a really easy experience directions were a little confusing I was getting my safety inspection done but other than that it was excellent or really good overall and the staff was helpful and very friendly overall and now I know what to do for the next few times I go.

  I don’t write reviews but felt I needed to after the great experience I had while getting an inspection done. Jett was great, he was personable, attentive and got me in and out quickly. Thanks a bunch!

  Josh W did a great job today providing a quick state inspection to keep my car safe and squared away on the road for another year. Thanks so much! Definitely recommend for parents that need their cars serviced, but don't want to wrangle a toddler while waiting in a lobby!

  Went in for inspection. Only one person working. He was changing oil and doing inspections all by himself and didn’t seem flustered. Best customer service. Had it all going smooth. Called in another person and they showed up. Best customer service in general that I’ve had in an along time anywhere.

  Traveled to this location for a safety inspection. Only one person working garage. One vehicle in the middle bay. I was second in line waiting. Two additional vehicles arrived after i arrived. Attendant spoke to the driver of all 4 vehicles. He approached my vehicle last and I was told i would be required to wait approximately two hours for the safety inspection. I was told the other 3 vehicles were ahead of me. I told the attendant that I arrived second and the other two vehicles arrived after I arrived. I was told I would be required to wait for the other three vehicles to be serviced as an oil change always takes priority to a safety inspection. To be fair, my wife took another vehicle earlier in the same day and had no issues. She was in and out in a short period of time. (As an update to my original post and for clarification of my original rating) The wife was very satisfied with her customer service from start to completion of the safety inspection on her vehicle. We had two separate vehicles taken to this business on the same date. The first vehicle was in the shop approximately 3 hours earlier. The rating for this experience happened after 2 pm. We have used this location for oil changes and safety inspections several times prior to this particular incident. We have never experienced a bad or negative customer experience, prior to this one incident.) I would normally not complain. Most businesses operate on a first come, first served basis. I’m not sure why an oil change becomes more important than my State requirement of a Safety Inspection. I left this location and had my inspection implemented at Harveys Tire. I normally get oil changes and inspections completed at Strickland Brothers. After my experience today, Harveys Tire is my new go to business for my 5 vehicles. (Update to original post: Strickland Brothers did reach out after the original post to apologize and ask for additional information. I have changed my original rating from a 1 to a 3. This upgrade in rating is based on the positive experience my wife received earlier on the same date and our prior positive experiences with Strickland Brothers. I also upgraded the rating due to the speed of customer service to inquire about this negative experience and this occurred on a busy holiday week.)
