I made a same day appointment and had my truck serviced immediately after arrival. After installation, Kyle and Carson spent time demonstrating all the features of the trifold hard cover. That combined with the extended warranty were real difference makers. Also, I have not received one of those obnoxious customer survey e mails. Rather, Tracy solicited feedback from me in person while i was there--very refreshing. Keep up the good work guys and thanks so much. Jon
