They had everything checked out and ready to go in a matter of hours, with a detailed report of every little thing it needed, including close up pictures, much of it in very hard to reach places that took a borescope/endoscope to see. I got estimates on at least a dozen different little things that were sub par and could be addressed, but no pressure whatsoever to do any of it unless I really wanted to. The inspection was well worth every penny. When I’m ready to have the work done, *this* will be the shop that gets my business. Great service!

All the staff are friendly and informed about BMW problems, Mr Harrison was the one who helped me out with my 320i BMW and made sure to explain what their policies and recommendations are. They got my car in for reprogramming the fuel system and they were done with it the same day. NRP also gives a detailed inspection video of your car with the invoice and other documents explaining what should you do next for your vehicle. All I can say is that this will be the place I go to and recommend for all BMW owners to get there cars repaired here.

Dealer's estimate was $9400. Performance completed the repair for $1700. They were attentive and thorough with excellent communication. I will return for any required service for my 2 BMWs.
