- TPT PepOct 3, 20255.0I pulled in for an oil change and inspection. I was immediately told the one who does the inspections was at lunch so I had a choice to wait or comeback. I chose to wait. Turns out the one who does the inspection was taking his break on site. He jumped in and placed his break on hold. I don't recall ever seeing happy employees at Jiffy Lube. Courteous, yes always, but happy...nope. It was refreshing to see happy and courteous employees. I immediately felt at ease because happy employees produce excellent work. Unfortunately, while I was waiting a call came in from what I presume to be from a supervisor of some sort with Jiffy Lube. The supervisor was out of sorts with what had been perceived on the camera. As the employee relayed the supervisors words, immediately, the atmosphere changed. I watched happy employees become disgruntled even though they said nothing other than everyone wanting to take their break. Happy employees want to work and produce. Come on Supervisors! Wake up! The employees never changed their attitudes towards customers. Rakuan, Ajeema, Amonte, and special shout out to R Rodrigues for placing lunch on hold ... YOU GUYS ROCK AND ARE APPRECIATED!
