It's only been a month, and a half and my wind shield wiper fluid is low "the light is on" considering I have not used it but once since then that tells me it wasn't topped off. When they checked my cabin filter the guy didn't put my glove compartment back in correctly. My car was also not vacuumed. If they would focus on the job at hand and talk less, they might get things right.

Next time I won't care about a coupon which didn't really make a difference anyway. At least at Take 5 I know the kind of service I get—quicker and good customer service. Folks here are rude and their team members don't communicate well with eachother. 3 different people had no idea what my car needed after asking me the same damn question over and over again. I had to repeat myself multiple times. l was polite and kind, but not impressed. Overpriced and underpeforming.
