- LJLakesha JacksonNov 15, 20251.0I am Highly upset. I came into the Brier Creek location on 11/15/2025 around 3pm. Before getting out of the car my mother asked me was I taking my debit card inside. I said “No” we going to be sitting inside, I come here all the time. It was already in the compartment near my gear switch so I pushed it under and put my glasses and some lotion over top of it. When the oil change was finished, my mom and I headed to the store, I looked down and my card was GONE. I immediately turned around and went back and spoke to the manager. I also called 911 and filed a police report. The manager stated he had to wait for his district manager to review the cameras. I was literally sitting in there place of business waiting. All of my info is on file. I’m very disappointed with the incident that took place there today. I’ve called Jiffy Lube customer service and left a compliant as well. Why was anyone snooping in my car, I went and paid for an oil change. Who took my card? I will be seeking legal advice on Monday.

I got my oil changed at this Brier Creek location and the following day I noticed some liquid dripping from my car. At first I ignored it thinking it was just condensation. A few weeks passed and the liquid dripping continued but it was very minor and there were no warning lights on my dash so I continued to ignore it. But then one day I noticed the dripping got worse and my check oil light came on. I took my car to a repair shop and they found that Jiffy Lube didn't secure the oil filter properly and was leaking. There was a lot of cleanup needed as there was oil all over the undercarriage of my car. Between the cleaning and needing ANOTHER oil change I paid an extra $350! All this just because there was no quality control at Jiffy Lube to make sure the oil filter was properly secured. Again, maybe I'm being generous by giving 2 stars because Jiffy Lube usually does okay. But after this experience I will not be using Jiffy Lube anymore. Good luck to everyone else!
