    Prior to the oil change performed on Friday, our vehicle was operating without issue. Although the service was expected to take approximately 10 minutes, it extended to nearly an hour. Upon completion, we noticed a significant mechanical issue under the hood. Initially, I detected the smell of oil and assumed it was residual from the newly installed oil and filter. However, it has become clear that a more serious problem has developed. The vehicle is now leaking oil heavily, and the oil pressure warning lights are illuminated. At this point, we are uncertain whether the car is even drivable to the nearest service location. It is important to note that the vehicle was functioning perfectly prior to this visit.
