  Ron did an amazing job this morning. Not only did he greet me, his Customer service communication with on point. I really hope Strickland Brothers knows what an asset he is to their company. Service was fast and efficient. I usually always go to the Graham location because it’s closer to work, however due to having to go in late for my son’s doctor’s appointment, I said heck I’ll just go to the Mebane one. Well, I will definitely be going to Mebane for now on. Fastest oil change and experience I’ve ever had with them. P.S. Ron, I hope you make it to Niagara Falls Falls one day. It’s truly worth the trip.

  I came in on a mailer offering a deal on an oil change so I reckoned I would try them out. Of course my Honda Fit needed a particular type of oil but it did sound better after the good oil went in than it had sounded before. The staff were professional and the job was done promptly while I sat in my car. Most places charge about the same amount so at least they were really quick!

  First time customer. All the staff were gracious and guided me through the process. They seem to be very through and informative of what your needs might be. They were very efficient and I did not have to be there very long. Took me right in and was out in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Very pleased with my first time experience. Will go back.

  Only giving 1 star so I can tell everyone here. While I was getting my oil changed two employees were extremely disrespectful and said some very derogatory things towards and about another customer there that made me extremely uncomfortable. I caught the name of one, Caleb, but not the other but she was short, blonde, had glasses and face piercings. The woman and Caleb called a customer, who presented obviously very femininly, sir to her face as well as behind her back, the woman also made a very gross comment about the customers genitals. They both heckled each other about the customer in front of me for awhile after the customer left and it seemed like this wasn’t a one off situation and they actually were making SURE each other called the customer a sir to be disrespectful. The customer had a transgender pride flag sticker on her car so I believe this was to be discriminatory and malicious. Very disgusting behavior you’ve lost me as a customer and many many others that I’ve informed and have been equally appalled.

  By far the easiest inspection process I’ve ever had! I called to see if I needed an appointment, and a human answered the phone! First star. I arrived on a cold, rainy afternoon and a friendly young lady met me at my car and said just to scurry on in out of the weather and she would pull my car in for me. Two more stars! A kind young man handed me the tablet to enter my info, which was a straightforward, uncomplicated process. Two more stars. The inspection was quick and the whole process, start to finish, took less than 30 minutes. Definitely worth another star. I left with a feeling of such delight at the efficiency and customer service - something you don’t find very often these days. 100% recommend and I will definitely return with my other vehicles! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
