  I recently purchased a 2025 Audi Q5 from Audi Charlotte, my sales associate, Fisher was absolutely fantastic. I inquired online about 2 specific cars the night before I was to come in and test drive. I had very limited time. Fisher was standing outside waiting for us and had both cars ready for us to test drive. Fisher was knowledgeable about the cars and the features and took time to explain and answer questions. Fisher’s customer service skills are top notch, making us feel highly respected and no pressure to make a quick decision. He had us out of there in the 45 minutes we told him we had. We came back that afternoon and made our purchase, smooth and stress free. I highly recommend asking for Fisher if you are in the market for a new Audi! Peppi had our financing done quickly and was happy to explain things more than once when I asked him to. I highly recommend asking for Fisher if you're in the market for a new vehicle!

  I had a great experience at Audi Charlotte. David and Randy were both very helpful throughout the entire process. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and what I was comfortable with and never pushed me toward anything that wasn’t a fit. Everything felt straightforward and low-pressure, which I really appreciated. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made it smooth from start to finish. I had no intention of buying a car that same day and thought I would be shopping around for a while, but they were so helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for that it was impossible to pass up. Highly recommend working with them if you’re in the market for an Audi! Thank you guys!

  We recently purchased an Audi Q3 from Audi Charlotte, and we had an amazing experience thanks to Eric. From start to finish, he took great care of both me and my husband and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly patient and professional, even with my stepmom on the phone the entire time helping us negotiate 😄 and never once seemed bothered. Eric was never pushy, and I never felt pressured the way you sometimes do when buying a car. The entire staff at this location was super attentive, kind, and welcoming. On top of that, Eric followed up with us a few days later, which truly showed how much he cares about his customers. I highly recommend Eric if you’re going to Audi Charlotte, you’ll be in great hands!

  Purchased a used car for my daughter for Christmas. The whole process was pretty painless. My daughter was hyper focused on a specific brand and we had been watching all dealers and private sellers like crazy trying to find an acceptable vehicle (test drove some flops!) Audi Charrlotte had one pop up on the website but it was so new to them that it only had stock pics. I used the chat on the website and had a quick, helpful response. They connected me with Yehor who sent me a video of a full walk around of the car. This helped me decide to make the trek to see it in person (I live about an hour away). The test drive was an easy, pleasant process. Yehor let me fully inspect the car to make sure I was comfortable with everything. The dealership didn't put me through the hours of BS with the purchase like other dealers have in the past. The finance process was super easy with no playing around and back and forth. Everyone was super pleasant to work with and made the process painless. They even offered to let me borrow a bow for the gift!
