Regarding my experience with the service department at this dealership. I initially brought my vehicle in due to an unusual noise. I was charged for a diagnostic evaluation, and after the dealership kept my vehicle for approximately three weeks, I was informed that the repair had been completed—despite being told the repair should take approximately four hours. Unfortunately, the day after retrieving my vehicle, the same noise was still present. I contacted the service department and returned the vehicle for further inspection. The dealership then kept my vehicle for an additional week and a half. After being notified that the issue was resolved, I picked up my vehicle once again. However, within two days, the same noise returned. I would like to acknowledge that my service liaison, Jay was professional, courteous, and communicative throughout the process. That said, my overall experience with the service department was extremely disappointing. The repeated inability to properly diagnose and resolve the issue, combined with the excessive time my vehicle was unavailable, suggests a lack of efficiency or expertise within the service team. Based on this experience, I would not return to this dealership for future service, nor would I recommend it for others.

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. When I bought my 2022 Audi Q8, I was clearly told I had one maintenance service remaining. I called in February to schedule that service, and instead of telling me there was an expiration deadline coming up, they told me to bring the car in April. Then when I showed up for my appointment, suddenly I’m told the maintenance expired in February and they refuse to honor it. That’s completely unacceptable. I did my part by calling ahead of time, and they failed to give me critical information that would have taken 10 seconds to mention on the phone. They lacked communication and it was a deliberate attempt to avoid honoring the service. Either way, it wasted my time and reflects very poorly on their customer service. For a dealership representing a brand like Audi, I expected professionalism and transparency. Instead, I got the runaround and zero accountability. I won’t be trusting them again.

I, as well as several of my family members, have been long-time Audi owners. Recently with the purchase of our 2025 Q5, it has been plagued with numerous software issues that have affected the operation of the MMI, hatchback and navigation. I have read several articles about the software issues. Therefore, my review is based on the interactions I’ve had with the great service department employees and service technicians. I can say that the service department has been nothing but great getting our 2025 Q5 Sportback in for the last few months, which is more that I can say about our salesman who sold us the car. He was great during the sale and stressed getting a good review but then he ghosted us and refused to return any of my calls when the numerous issues came to light. His actions really frustrated our relationship with the dealership, since we had just moved to Charlotte and had not been used to this treatment from our dealership in Illinois. I understand he is no longer with them which is a benefit to future customers of the dealership. Jay, Alessandro, Jessica and Atena in the Service Department have made every effort to help out. They understand that there are software issues and probably take the brunt of customer frustrations. I truly hope that the dealership understands that they have some dedicated employees with those individuals. They have been extremely supportive and helpful every time I brought the car in. I truly appreciate their commitment to great customer service. We absolutely love the car. Once the new software update is released, I am hoping all issues will be resolved. The five star review is for the service department and its employees. Our salesman deserves a 1 but he is gone.

I have been buying Audis at Audi Charlotte for many years. With my last two purchases, I’ve worked with Eric Stilley and, I have to say, he is excellent and I recommend him highly. I’m pretty particular about what I want and also about what I expect of the car-buying experience. (Some might even say I’m a pain in the *** 😂.) But, I don’t like the “upsell” where they try to get you to buy something you didn’t ask for, and I also don’t want to waste my time sitting at the dealership for hours, signing endless paperwork or working with finance on a “deal” that we could have agreed-to online. Eric not only listens to me, but he really hears me, and arranges things accordingly so that my experience at the dealership is quick and painless. Better yet, at the end I always drive away with the car and the deal that I wanted and hoped for. Not only that, Eric remembered me and my specific preferences from my last purchase over three years ago, and I didn’t have to tell him again about my expectations — he just knew and dealt with me accordingly. That is super rare in the car-sales landscape. As a woman walking into a car dealership, it can be daunting. Many times, I’ve been in a position where I felt my needs weren’t being heard and my expectations were being ignored. I’ve never felt this way at Audi Charlotte, and particularly working with Eric. He was professional and flexible, courteous and kind, knowledgeable and accessible — throughout the process.

Just got off the phone with Audi parts. I am a shop owner and wanted to get a quote for 2 rear bumper assembly pieces. I asked to send me the quote via email and that way I can also open up my account with them. The gentleman working said he does not, can not, and will not send me a email of my quoted rear bumper parts even tho Northlake Audi whom I deal with normally has NO PROBLEM setting that up for me and sending me emails. He begins telling me "who does it like that and why?".... why does it matter to him I have no idea but it's MY process and business how I run MY shop. I would put his name up here but I don't want to get that person in trouble. I will not be shopping with Audi Matthews since they seem to not want my business!!. GO NORTHLAKE! FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PARTS!!!. If you need parts they are MUCH easier and well more polite to deal with at the Northlake location vs this location.
