I showed up at the dealer the next morning (no appointment) fearing they won't take the car until Monday but this place took my car and solved the issue right away which included hooking the car to the computer and fixing the electric system coolant. Everybody was helpful and professional! Top of the line customer service! Thank you Audi Charlotte and the amazing Service Manager!

He followed up the day of as well as the following day to make sure everything was good and offered any assistance we needed. After careful thought, we decided to purchase the vehicle from here. We were then passed on to the finance manager Marcus Robbins. Marcus was just as professional as they come. He treated us with dignity and kindness. The process was easy to follow and we never felt pushed into signing something we did not understand. Overall, our experience was amazing. Thank you Fisher & Marcus for an enjoyable time with Audi. You certainly made it a 5 star experience.
