  I just bought a 2022 Grand Cherokee from Hiester CDJ in Lillington, and must say I probably won’t buy anything from anyone else. I had previously bought my C7 Vette there in less than an hour and my Jeep went the same. Jason was fantastic, and was courteous, patient, informative, and offered to assist in any needs moving forward. Jason in my opinion exemplified what it means to be a good teammate. He obviously cares about his craft, and after bad experiences elsewhere I’m happy to buy from John Hiester because of Mr Hester’s team. Keep up the good work!

  A lot of life events made our family take a step back and rethink what we were driving. We had a great experience at John Hiester! Ronny was awesome — he really listened to what we needed and helped us find the right fit. The negotiation got a little tense, but it was totally worth it. We ended up driving away in two brand new cars after trading in our old ones! I couldn’t be happier (even though I wasn’t thrilled about trading in my truck — it just made sense for us right now). When I’m ready for my next truck, I’ll definitely be coming back to John Hiester and his team. Chad and Cody were great too. Overall, nothing but good things to say about the whole experience!

  Took my car in for service got a phone call stating all of these unnecessary parts were needed with an cazy high total $2500 that were items not need to fix the problem with my car there just trying to get more money out of me and my husband I pick up my car last week as soon as I was leaving the shop that car issues continued now worst than Before and I took the car back and was given a loaner now this Is week 3 that I'm out of $2500 and my car

  Dropped the vehicle off for a water pump replacement the evening before a premade and confirmed 8:30 appointment. No call the day of the appointment. Received a return call late in the day after leaving a message that they had not looked at the vehicle yet. No call the next day, which happened to be 3 days later due to the weekend, and inquired at 1p when they confirmed it needed a water pump placement. Go figure, that was what it was dropped off for. Approved the replacement and denied the other $3,000 in ‘recommended’ work strictly based on vehicle mileage for a vehicle they had never seen or serviced before. Some of those services had already been completed. Had to call again the next day and the vehicle was finally done just before closing. Paid the invoice and picked up after hours. Didn’t make it 1 mile and the vehicle shut itself down after making some clicking sounds. Towed the vehicle back to the dealership for follow up repair. They identified that they had installed and routed the belt improperly. A full day later it was repaired and after a test drive, that I had to request, confirmed it would run without shutting itself down.
