    I brought my vehicle to them in October stating I was afraid my car was overheating and that I could see smoke coming from my hood sporadically. But I was receiving no warning lights. They checked my vehicle and said it was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong with it. I even asked Diamond if they were sure because smoke is never not concerning and she assured me my car was perfectly fine. Although there was leakage on the engine bay that I also mentioned over the phone and to her. Fast forward to the end of November and my car is smoking again and I get the low oil pressure notification and I get my car towed to them explaining the situation and that I was frustrated they didn't catch a problem to begin with in October. Turns out there was a leak in the "turbo oil feed pipe". They quoted me 800 for that replacement and to replace a cam gasket which they didn't explain to me exactly what that was. I asked them about a discount because they didn't catch that leak in October. Tim told me 10%. I picked up my fixed vehicle and was trying to figure out why they didn't put a new oil change sticker on my windshield. I went back inside to ask Tim, only to be told they didn't replace the filter but I "should be good for a few thousand miles". Why would a reputable dealership fill an empty engine with new oil when there was a leak but not replace the filter when they could see that I was due for one anyway? I didn't have time to question it because I was going out of town. I will be back in to the dealership soon to see if they will make things right. Because that is unacceptable.

    I have a great experience from a specific person, Joseph Autry. He was my salesman from John Heister in Sanford and even after moving he was still very helpful and didnt hesistate to take time to help you in every way possible. His character, and his belief in keeping you updated on everything he is doing transaction wise is the best. If you need a good sales experience and someone that understands your goal as to making the sale to your needs, he's your man.
