I had originally gone to another place because I had a coupon, but they told me they couldn’t replace my headlight bulb without removing my front bumper. I figured Strickland Brothers wouldn’t be able to do it either, so I tried a tire shop — but they quoted me almost $200. I decided to stop by Strickland Brothers just to see, and I’m so glad I did! Shad told me they could handle it and quickly got to work, with Shell assisting. Shad discovered that I didn’t even need a new bulb — there was another issue — but he was able to get my headlight working again! He even took the time to explain what he thought was happening, and when I didn’t quite understand, he waited while I called my stepdad (a former Army mechanic) so he could explain it to him too. On top of that, I asked about my service engine light that had come on despite a recent oil change. Shad checked it, told me the code, and even printed it out so I could share it with my stepdad. I truly appreciate Shad and Shell for going above and beyond, and I want to thank Strickland Brothers for hiring such friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine employees who clearly love what they do!
