  Yo the mangers run this place like a well oiled machine give them and there team a raise crazy knowledgeable they know there products there team members are amazing flawless selling points that you can argue with im honestly shocked these 2 aren't over seen there own areas oh also sign says 15mins every time I go im out in 8mins or less Also hands the fast tire rotation I have ever seen in my life Nascar anit got nothing on these guys

  Be aware that Strickland Brothers no longer uses Valvoline oil. They now use off-brand oil for their oil changes. And when you offer them a 50% off coupon, they will say that the manufacturer does not recommend the oil included in that coupon, and that there is too much liability for them to use it so they will try to sell you premium oil. The company has removed their local phone lines, and it is impossible to get someone tlocally via their new AI answering system. The people that work there are genuine but dealing with a lot of company issues.

  Went today and got my oil changed and every time I go it's new people. The one young man was in training and the older man didn't know how to to turn off the oil change soon signal. And they tried to talk me into to getting some kind of filler and I said no. I told them I want just the regular synthetic oil and he said I needed to get the one the was one the oil cap. I've had to do that before. And the car was purchased in July and before I got it they took it to Take 5 and the oil change was less than $70 and I paid $105 for a oil change! I won't be going back! He told me to go on Facebook and get the coupon off there so I did and, it never came to me. It was for $25 off. So he said if I got it I could use it the next time, well it won't be a next!

  I had my first oil change and tire rotation at Strickland Brothers on Cotton Grove in Lexington, NC. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. When they come to greet you, they always have a bottle of water to offer. Highly recommend if you are looking for a drive-thru oil change!

  I had an inspection done. No one ahead of me in the left bay when I arrived. It took 45 minutes to complete the inspection. They showed me the air filter and cabin filter. I declined new filters. When they pulled my 1923 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy out of the bay to return it to me, I noticed there were no plastic covering my seats. My interior is off white leather. Upon further inspection when I returned home, I noticed dirty smudges on both sides of the front seats. Hard to believe did not think to protect my interior, especially since it is off white. I am not angry and will not tell anyone of my experience as I understand and admire those who operate small businesses. My review is to help your company.
