    Our Salesman Michael was awesome. If you visit Capital of Lexington ask for him. We definitely can’t forget Matt our Finance guy. He made the process that’s usually painful very entertaining. Both of these guys were great to work with. They were upfront and honest and just very easy to work with. So if you visit Capital of Lexington ask for Michael and Matt you won’t regret that combination. Thanks again for everything! Jessica & Chris Almond

    I made an appointment because my trunk wouldn't stay shut. I figured it was an old car and the trunk release cable was probably stretched and needed to be replaced. But when I arrived for my appointment the service writer, Ashleigh (so?), told me my car needed to go to a body shop. She said she didn't want to waste my time or money. My car wasn't there long enough for a mechanic to look at it. So I wasn't charged but I'm wondering how she determined my car needed to go to an auto body shop. I took my car to another dealership and they replaced the trunk release cable and all is well. If she is that incompetent why is she working as a service writer? Why is she working at a car dealership she seems to be completely clueless about cars. And why is a service writer determining what cars get seen by a mechanic and which cars do not? That's a pretty easy repair for a mechanic. Certainly you guys can do better.

    Staff was helpful and friendly. We were in and out quickly and they were fair with trade amount. Trustworthy in my opinion based on our interaction. A little pushy on extended warranty and gap insurance, which I understand. I will say not as obnoxious as VanYork about it. The team was polite and respectful. Recommend them.

    Very disappointed in Team Chevrolet. My gmc is having the shift to park issue as it did in 2020. I have always had everything done as far as oil change etc from the time I purchased the car with them. Now they are telling me that I have to pay 175 diagnostic when I already know what the issue is and the girl on the phone said she can’t give me a price on how much it would be to fix it. No help at all. I think I will just take my car else where from now on.
