  They quickly gave me a cost for repair for a very high price. I was able to get two other estimates at local shops for less than half Capital’s cost. Unfortunately I couldn’t use them due to their high cost and moved the vehicle. Capital also charged a fee of about $180 for a diagnosis. Again an overcharge. My vehicle was 4,000 miles out of drive train warranty.

  Would not waste my time ! This place of business is a joke . The only person that was good to try to buy a car from is the salesman lady . The used car manger is very inexperienced And the finance guy clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing, but it’s like those saying hires any and everybody . I was diagnosed with ALS and the way they talked to me and then all of a sudden I’m a liar, then they said the trade-in is not yours, but it was on my credit report And they called and use my social to get pay off . Then they called me a liar, and we will not deliver it. You’re not the person who you say you are, all lies, they’re very pushy And they put in all these amendments that you must buy Window tint, capital ceramic coating, which is spray wax and you can buy a bottle of it for eight bucks . I wouldn’t buy from these people if they were selling me a brand new truck 80 percent off. They treat you like you’re nothing and the way they attacked me and I corrected everything I’m still a liar when they were proven wrong, I thought Hendrick was bad, buddy. I wouldn’t buy nothing from these people. I even told him I had somebody go up there and look at the vehicle And I told him the tires were bad, but I’m not who I say I am, which Blows my mind, he was actually a deputy sheriff Of the county in Lexington, North Carolina. The used car manager needs to go back to school and get ethic. Because now I’m reporting them to GM because my cousin Justin Autry is executive with GM and the way they talk to me And definitely being a cripple there’s no words for it. You’re a number and that’s all you will be with them. I should send the ALS protesters up there for the way they talk to me Because dealerships like this need to be stopped, all they did was lie definitely did use car manager And I told them to only send it to GM financial and they did but the trigger happy Unexperienced finance manager doesn’t know the word no and all of a sudden I started getting Alerts That he was submitting it to all these other banks, trying to get a better interest rate which I don’t care about the rate is being refinanced Once it’s titled . But like I said all they care about is the 2% buy rate they get back from the bank And how much extended warranty in wheel care they want to sell you which they make 300% profit off all of it And I told him I didn’t want any of that and when GM approved me, they were not giving them the option to do that and the finance manager did not But beware a capital Chevrolet of Lexington
