- CPConcerned Parent4 days ago1.0Went to get a quick oil change after sitting in line for about 10 minutes with my car off this fella comes and puts a cone in front of us so we can't pull forward lol then finally after awhile he comes over we ask how much is an oil change he goes about 89 dollars we agree to get one then we wait and wait finally we get pulled in and pop the hood the boy comes back to us and asked if the mileage was over the next recommend oil change we were like yeah but not much maybe 50 miles and the boy holds up his finger with oil on it and shows it to us and acted like he was about to put us in time out or something like we were little kids about to be punished I mean I don't know a single person that when they reach the recommend change mileage pulls their car to the side of the road and has it towed to a place to get it changed people have other things to do and not every day off to get oil changes we realized we were at the wrong place finally they finished and this black haired boy comes to the window and says it will be 138 dollars!!!! Seriously??? That doesn't sound like 89 dollars to me so we asked why so much and he was like we did this and this without asking first just took it upon themselves to do whatever they wanted we had no other choice but to pay because how would we have left? Im surprised they didn't charge me for a motor overhaul i mean we never seen them doing extra and we were not asked before they did anything so they could pretty much say they did whatever and charge us. Oh but they did give us an air freshener for our troubles so that makes it alright......NOT!! air freshener in the trash and next time I will go to a place that doesn't overcharge and treat me like a child in need of time out
