  Needed an inspection and I was able to pull right in. They had me out the door in less than 20 minutes. Will go back when need services on the future.

  No problem with staff or service, that was all really good. But, the cost of doing business with them is ridiculous, in my opinion. I was given a 20% teacher discount and still paid well over a $100 for a simple oil change; nothing extra. Just one more thing that’s not affordable anymore I guess. I’ll be going back to do my own oil changes from now on.

  Your guys need more experience they only filled my truck up halfway with oil and we're going to let me leave I caught it when he showed me the dipstick. Then they were going to charge me for the extra oil when it was their fault they didn't put enough in to begin with

  I arrived during the remaining hour of business because it was closest to my child's athletic practice for the evening. Yet, the two gentlemen who were working and assisted me were beyond courteous and professional. They assisted me, answered all my questions, and treated me with respect. They did successfully upsell me on a couple of items. Still, it was not pushy or insistent whatsoever. One item was something I had already been considering, so I appreciated that they didn't seem to assume I was uneducated or take advantage of a single woman needing some quick work and TLC done to her vehicle. I will definitely be returning—if not to this location specifically, then to other Strickland Brother locations closer to my residence.

  On October 16 2025 I went to Strickland brothers 10 minute oil change at 110 Carmel Dr. King, North Carolina, United States I got there at 8am, they started changing my oil at 825, it was going well until they came and told me they broke my plastic drain piece and they were calling around places and they didn’t have one. They called Nissan and they did that he was going to go get it. I said okay. Well a few seconds later I heard wade say it’s 200 dollars, and the other workers said just blame her. Well the treatment I recieved felt like I was stupid I was asked if I knew was basic stuff was, well wade came back and told me of the guys was a mechanic and he got the plastic drain piece to stay in temporarily that my SUV should be under warranty to go to Nissan and get it fixed. He said my suv is leaking oil but it should be fine. ( I was still charged 75.97 that’s with my military discount) I recorded the last bit of interaction of this and when he tried to blame my last oil change saying they tightened the plastic drain piece too tight which is still the same company Strickland Brothers 10 minute oil change but that location is 810 S Main St Graham, North Carolina, United States. As a disabled veteran and female I’m disgusted at the treatment and the danger I was put in. I would like my money back. Honestly I should get my money back for both oil changes. But I just want my money back. I have videos from when they put my car on the lift at Nissan, video of wade talking at Strickland brothers 10 minute oil change, you can get in contact with Nissan Winston Salem NC the service dept will tell you that Strickland brother 10 minute oil change said they were coming to get the part. But sent me to get my own car fixed instead. I have all videos and documents. (My document of my car repairs it’s under my maiden name)
