I didn't see it until I got home due to the location, now they want me to go back and wait while they look through footage, something that doesn't require my time or presence for them to do. If you call, it says you can email them for help on claims but apparently that is just more effort to spend so you can be routed back to the store. All water-based amenities like spray bottles, mat washers, prep station, etc. were shut down for freezing temps when it was 50 degrees. Website couldn't process a simple gift card transaction. Also, watch the prices they act like carnies. Do the math before purchasing any "deal". Just a crappy time-wasting experience. I deeply regret going to this place. The actual attendant was a gem though. She is very sweet, I hope they take good care of her as an employee. Vacuums were fantastic.

So I changed my rating to 5 stars. It really does a great job of cleaning my car, so much so, my wife joined also. And the staff is one of the friendlies ones ive ever had to deal with. Cant go wrong with this establishment
