So I changed my rating to 5 stars. It really does a great job of cleaning my car, so much so, my wife joined also. And the staff is one of the friendlies ones ive ever had to deal with. Cant go wrong with this establishment

They have untangled hoses, air to get hard to reach places, interior spray hoses, glass cleaner hose, pre-wash area, mat cleaner with extra station sink, towels to clean with. Best prices consiering what you get. And let me say- 100% cleanest kept. Friendly and helpful. Amazing and I am very particular. Actually cleans your car.

My truck was consistently rinsed thoroughly, with no leftover soap residue. Unfortunately, that level of quality hasn’t lasted. For the past two months, or possibly longer, my truck has been leaving the wash still covered in soap. The mat cleaning machines have been out of order for weeks, maybe even over a month. The hose reels used for pre-rinsing are installed incorrectly, making it a struggle to extend them properly. Overall, the quality of the wash has noticeably declined. It’s disappointing to see such a great start take a downturn. I truly hope to see improvements soon, especially in basic maintenance and equipment functionality. Restoring the original standard shouldn’t be difficult, and it’s essential for customer satisfaction. On a positive note, the staff has always been friendly and welcoming, which I genuinely appreciate. I hope management listens to feedback from regular customers like myself and takes action to bring the service back up to par. I will be happy to change my star rating if I see improvements.
