  Super easy to work with and beat every price I had gotten. I stopped in to the Huntersville location on a Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday morning i had a brand new windshield.

  Absolutely the best experience!!! I will never go anywhere else. From scheduling to pickup, everything went smoothly and the staff were so friendly. My new windshield looks great! Highly recommend. Very well-priced too

  I had a horrible experience with safelite and thankfully I ran out of the appointment and immediately looked for another company. I contacted VW of gastonia and asked if they did auto glass replacement, they did not. However, Auto Glass Experts is who they reccomended. Just like the quality service I expect to recieve at my home dealership I was given here. Chirsty answered all of my questions and ensured all of my insurance paperwork cleared so I was ready to go. I double booked to save some fuel and time. Stopped in at the dealership for oil change and filter, plus a quick check for my ADAS system. Once the dealership cleared the car for the windshield replacement I shuffled over to Auto Glass Experts. I got there right at lunch. Most of the staff was out. I was greeted by a tech who took my keys and let me know they were finishing up a job then they would pull my car in. The waiting area is exceptionally big and very well taken care of. Plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax. They have tea, coffee ,and filtered water. Lego play table for the kids and 2 family style bathrooms with door locks. Every tech has Dupont certification. While windshield repair is not exactly a fast service they made sure to get me in and out. Drove home and after the 48 hour period I cleaned my windshield and found a few knicks on the passenger side of my windshield. I have not driven the car more than 150 miles since the replacement so I do not believe I picked them up between the repair place and home. But since they are not on the vision area of the windshield Im not overly concerned. I also found a manufacturer inclusion defect over the manufacturer logo on the windshield. Not sure if it will cause an issue later but we will find out. The service and demeanor of the staff was awesome if I ever need any auto glass repaired I will be back here for sure.

  2nd time visiting this establishment and they are still serving the public with the same enthusiasm and professionalism that I Love. Got a new car two weeks ago on 485 a rock hit the windshield and made a significant crack. Called the phone # and a live person picked up immediately. I was shocked because it was later in the evening and past 5 pm. Told her my situation sent pictures to her and she scheduled me the next morning first thing. I am a broker and already had a full schedule that morning but she assured me I would be out by 8:30 am. Not only was I out by then the cost to fix it was minimal AND I had to really look to find where they fixed the crack!!! Amazing job! Better than Safelight ever did on my last vehicle. Thank you to each of you who made that appointment easy and stress free. You guys are awesome!
