I HIGHLY recommend this business and will refer ANYONE who needs Auto Glass of any kind. I wanted to replace the rear window of my daughter's subaru legacy because when we purchased it used, the rear window had a TERRIBLE tinting job on it that I could not remove myself. Auto Glass Experts was referred by a friend to me. I am SO grateful for their excellent service and care - within 20 hours of me calling, they had my rear window replaced. Got a quote online which was about 10% less than the other quote I received, then worked with Katy to schedule via text messaging for a next day installation. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with wifi so I got some work done while I was waiting. As other reviewers mentioned, there are Legos for kids too. Everyone was super courteous and friendly, from Katy in the office to the owner and techs. I was ready to go in about an hour and a half - just exactly as promised. Windshield looks great and they did an excellent job. They even vacuumed and left the car cleaner than they found it. What happened next is what truly sets these folks apart from the competition. I started driving my car away and developed a coolant leak before I left the parking lot. This was not caused by the glass installation - just a random failure on an older car. It was probably leaking before I arrived. I was in a bind and needed to get home to shuttle kids to appointments. I asked the owner (Zuzu) if it was okay to leave my car in the parking lot while I got a ride home, then come back for it later. The lot was full and I didn't want to be a burden. Not only was he okay with me leaving the car, but he stopped what he was doing and took me home, getting me out of a bind and letting me get my kids on time. I don't write this to imply that Auto Glass Experts offers a shuttle service, but wanted to offer this story to illustrate the kind of person you're dealing with at this shop. Talk about care and compassion - this is it folks. He saw I was in a bind and asked what he could do to help. I was completely blown away. I would have written a five star review if the story stopped with the windshield replacement, but it didn't. I'd put ten stars if it was possible. My experience is that this outfit wants to do the job right, and that's from the start to the finish, and beyond in my case. I hope to not need to routinely replace auto glass, but if I do I'll be back to Auto Glass Experts. Great job to Zuzu and the entire team!
