Stephenie from sales was fantastic—friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Steve in the service department was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He answered every question we had and made sure we fully understood how everything worked. Jonathon in finance went above and beyond. He took the time to explain every detail, made sure we felt completely comfortable, and helped us relax during what could have been a stressful part of the process. Truly top-notch service. Our our shopping walk after closing on the RV was done with Tina. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very energetic! It was a joy to work with her. Our walk-through and cleanup were handled by Service Tech (sorry I don't recall his name), who was attentive, helpful, and easygoing. He made sure everything was clean, ready to go, and that we felt confident with our new camper before leaving. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Was waiting for a salesman to accompany us on a tour and was asked to move the golf cart 3 separate times to be out of the way and was approached by a blond female that was very rude and told us we were done and needed to leave. Also accompanied by a male that was very threatening and just out of this world a horrible example of customer service. The man that we spoke to after leaving was very understanding and hopefully has strong disciplinary actions towards the mentioned staff. I wouldn’t buy a lug nut from here. This is after my parents just bought a $90000 camper from here. God Bless, Davy
- TTTamaraOct 22, 20251.0I called this location a few moments ago and spoke with a representative named Tara regarding a 2022 Sabre (I even provided the stock number). I simply asked if there were any additional fees that Camping World adds on — such as dealer or destination fees — beyond the standard taxes, tag, and title. From the start, Tara sounded annoyed and dismissive. When I asked my question, she snapped back that she “wouldn’t know” and that her finance guy would. I then politely asked if I could speak with him, and she sighed before saying, “I mean, are you going to fill out an application on it? Because these are things he’s going to want to know.” I explained that I wasn’t looking to fill out an application just to find out about potential fees — something most dealerships are upfront about — yet the tone and attitude I received made the whole interaction feel very unprofessional and unhelpful. Customer service goes a long way, especially when someone is genuinely interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. I think I dodged a bullet with doing business with place.
