In addition to doing a good job, they always let me know what they see on my vehicle that may need attention - even if it’s not something Jiffy Lube performs. I’ve learned to trust this location. There are 2 Jiffy Lube’s closer to my house, but I specifically drive to this one. Consistent 5-star service from this location. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, Jiffy Lube has followed suit with some of their competitors with the deceptive practice of adding a $9.99 Shop Fee to every oil change. This fee is for “non-itemized supplies”, and is not advertised as part of the price. When asked what supplies they used on my car the answer was “None really. This is just a charge that corporate requires for all oil changes”. It’s unfortunate that a place I’ve learned to TRUST so much is compromising that trust by blanket adding non-value-added fees on all customer bills. In summary, I’ll keep visiting this location. But I hope Jiffy Lube Corporate recognizes that deceptive pricing practices and junk fees hurts their relationship with customers.
