However, I want to give credit where it’s due — once the situation was brought to their attention, the team went above and beyond to make things right. The manager and staff took full ownership, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure every concern was addressed with professionalism and care. Their follow-through and commitment to customer satisfaction completely turned our experience around. We truly appreciate the effort everyone put in to ensure we were happy with our purchase. The way they handled everything has earned our trust, and we’ll gladly continue doing business with them in the future.
- JWJeffrey WiebeOct 8, 20251.0Brought my Jeep to them to diagnose a clunking noise in the front left of the vehicle. I called and made an appointment for the following week. When I arrived at the service department, they were unable to find my appointment. I then set another appointment for the following week. I was told the repair was most likely covered by my Mopar warranty, but if not, Id be charged a $200.00 inspection fee. They promised to contact me by 2:00 that same afternoon but when they did not, I called them the following morning. They said the noise was something that needed tightening and was not covered by the warranty. They then presented me with a bill in excess of $280.00, which included nearly $50.00 in "miscellaneous " charges. When I asked what these charges were, I was told everyone is charged that amount to pay for the dealer's "computers" and tools. The place is disorganized , dishonest and overpriced. Id recommend Cox Jeep in Burlington for repairs. I've never given a bad review of a business before today, but Hillsborough CDJ deserves my first.
