    The inspector refused to do my inspection because my belt squeaked just a little bit, being a former state inspector myself I know that you can’t fail it for that. There’s not even an option to do so in the computer. I will never be back here and I would not trust anyone here to touch my vehicle. You shouldn’t either

    Everyone was very pleasant and professional. They all pitched in and helped get customers in and out. It did take a little longer than 10 minutes but the experience was pleasant.

    First experience was not the greatest but when I brought the issue back to the team that was working when I returned, they were very professional!! They quickly fixed the problem. The on shift manager provided approval and I was in and out but most importantly satisfied. Thanks again.
