I scheduled an appointment, brought my car in to have a specific part fixed, only to show up and find out absolutely nothing had been done. When I came to pick up my car, nobody knew what condition it was in. They told me they needed to order a part that wouldn’t arrive until the following week — something they never bothered to call, text, or email me about. When I asked if at least my oil change had been completed, the response I got was, “We don’t know.” How does a service department not even know what work was or wasn’t done on a vehicle? The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. I expected much better from a Volvo dealership.

Sara made sure our new vehicle was set up properly and we understood the operation of the vehicle. Zack handled the warranty and it was all with electronic documents. Again, the final pricing was fair. In my mind this transaction was a win-win. Would definitely purchase our next Volvo at this dealership. We plan to give their service center a try for not only our new Volvo, but our existing one.
